Costa Rica Reconnection Retreat · November 16–20, 2026
This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Raquel Rose Coaching LLC ("Host"), operating under So Full Wellness Retreats, and the participants ("Participants") of the Costa Rica Reconnection Retreat ("Retreat") taking place in Nosara, Costa Rica, from November 16–20, 2026.
The Costa Rica Reconnection Retreat is designed to provide Participants with an immersive experience focused on wellness, connection, movement, mindfulness, relaxation, adventure, personal growth, and community.
The Retreat may include activities such as yoga, meditation, excursions, workshops, wellness experiences, group discussions, outdoor activities, transportation, ocean activities, hiking, movement classes, and other recreational experiences intended to support Participants physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
The Retreat is intended for educational, recreational, and personal growth purposes only and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Participants are responsible for consulting with a qualified healthcare provider regarding any physical or mental health conditions prior to participating in the Retreat.
The Host makes no guarantees regarding personal transformation, healing outcomes, emotional results, financial outcomes, or any specific benefits Participants may experience from attending the Retreat.
Early Bird Pricing (May 11–22, 2026):
Early Bird pricing includes a $500 USD discount and is only available for registrations completed between May 11–22, 2026. After May 22, 2026, standard retreat pricing will apply.
Option 1 – Pay in Full. Participants may pay the full Retreat balance at the time of registration. Full payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Option 2 – Payment Plan. Participants may choose to enroll in a payment plan offered by the Host at checkout. By selecting a payment plan, Participants authorize Raquel Rose Coaching LLC to automatically charge the payment method on file for all scheduled installments. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in forfeiture of the Participant's spot without refund.
All payments made toward the Retreat, including payment plans and full payments, are non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason, including but not limited to: personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, illness or injury, family emergencies, travel delays, missed flights, weather conditions, natural disasters, or changes in travel plans.
Participants are solely responsible for all airfare, transportation costs, passport requirements, travel documentation, and any expenses associated with missed or delayed travel. If a Participant fails to make any scheduled payment, the Host reserves the right to cancel that Participant's registration without refund.
Participants are responsible for booking and coordinating their own flights to Costa Rica. Participants are strongly encouraged to fly into Liberia International Airport (LIR). San José International Airport is significantly farther from Nosara and is not recommended unless arranging additional travel independently.
Group transportation between LIR and the Retreat villas in Nosara will be coordinated by the Host. Schedules may vary based on arrival times, weather, road conditions, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Participants acknowledge that travel within Costa Rica may involve varying road conditions, weather, rural terrain, wildlife, insects, transportation delays, and infrastructure differences compared to the U.S. or other countries.
The Retreat begins on November 16, 2026 (check-in 4:00 PM) and concludes on November 20, 2026 (check-out 10:00 AM). Participants are strongly encouraged to attend the Retreat in its entirety.
Participants acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks including physical activity, yoga and movement, ocean swimming, surfing, hiking, outdoor excursions, transportation, wildlife exposure, food-related risks, weather, emotional processing, and group activities.
By participating, Participants release and hold harmless Raquel Rose Coaching LLC, So Full Wellness Retreats, retreat hosts, employees, contractors, affiliates, volunteers, venue owners, drivers, excursion providers, and partners from any liability for injury, illness, emotional distress, death, loss, accident, delay, or damage occurring during or related to the Retreat.
Participants acknowledge they are physically and mentally capable of participating in Retreat activities. Participants authorize the Host to seek emergency medical treatment on their behalf if necessary, and are financially responsible for any medical treatment, transportation, medications, or emergency services received. The Host is not responsible for providing medical care or supervision.
Participants are solely responsible for safeguarding personal belongings, valuables, passports, electronics, identification, and travel items. Raquel Rose Coaching LLC and So Full Wellness Retreats are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.
Participants acknowledge that some room options involve shared accommodations and communal living spaces. The Host is not responsible for disputes, incompatibilities, noise, sleep disturbances, or interpersonal conflicts. Room assignments may be adjusted at the Host's discretion if necessary.
Participants grant permission for Raquel Rose Coaching LLC and So Full Wellness Retreats to photograph, film, record, and use Participants' likeness, voice, image, and content captured during the Retreat for promotional, educational, website, marketing, and social media purposes. Participants waive any right to compensation, royalties, or approval regarding such media usage.
Participants are responsible for disclosing any food allergies, dietary restrictions, medical conditions, injuries, or accessibility needs prior to the Retreat. The Host will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requests but is not liable for allergic reactions, food sensitivities, illness, or adverse health outcomes. All excursions and optional activities are undertaken voluntarily and at the Participant's own risk.
The Host may utilize third-party vendors, drivers, excursion operators, chefs, wellness practitioners, transportation companies, or other independent contractors. Raquel Rose Coaching LLC and So Full Wellness Retreats are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, injuries, losses, accidents, delays, or damages caused by third-party providers.
The Host reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, or modify the Retreat due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, government actions, political instability, transportation interruptions, public health emergencies, or travel restrictions. In such cases, Raquel Rose Coaching LLC shall not be liable for airfare, accommodations, or other losses. Refunds or credits, if any, are at the sole discretion of the Host.
Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel and health insurance covering international medical coverage, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation, flight interruptions, lost baggage, and medical emergencies. The Host is not responsible for travel-related losses, medical expenses, cancellations, interruptions, or emergencies.
Participants agree to contribute to a respectful, safe, and supportive retreat environment. The Host reserves the right to remove any Participant from the Retreat without refund if they engage in unsafe, disruptive, illegal, threatening, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior.
Participants understand and agree that Raquel Rose Coaching LLC, So Full Wellness Retreats, retreat hosts, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Retreat. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Raquel Rose Coaching LLC shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Participant for the Retreat.
If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
By registering for the Costa Rica Reconnection Retreat, Participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
